Your Mission:

Hey there! As our new Account / Sales excutive, you will lead the charge in discovering, engaging and converting new clients for VANEIGENS. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Exceed targets: Surpass quarterly/annual sales targets by uncovering new opportunities and selling our services and solutions to enterprise and mid-market accounts in your territory.
  • End-to-End Sales: You will manage the entire sales proces,  ensuring commercial success against key performance metrics, with a focus on new business sales.
  • Strategic Engagement: Engage with prospective organizations strategically, showcasing our solutions through value-based selling.

  • Pipeline Power: Develop a robust pipeline using a mix of cold calling, targeted emails, campaigns, and market sector intelligence.

  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with designated Salesforce sales reps to build joint sales plays and foster a healthy pipeline.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Consultancy and Marketing, to drive success.

  • Results & Relationships: Generate short-term results while nurturing long-term client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.

  • Event Management: Manage industry and lead generation events to spark market interest.

  • Accurate Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM, monthly pipeline, forecasting, and revenue delivery.

  • On the Move: Travel to customer sites to support sales efforts.

What we're looking for in your profile

  • A bachelor in a IT, communications or economic related field;
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience working at a professional services business / SI / Agency
  • Proven track-record with out-bound sales for mid-level to large clients
  • Experience working with CRM software (preferably Salesforce sales cloud) to manage CRM & pipeline
  • Good communicator and excellent presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, shows initiative;
  • Experience with the implementation of CRM Technology is a must; experience with Salesforce is an advantage;
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Dutch
