End of September, `VANEIGENS and KPN Wholesale went live with the first implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. For the development and implementation, KPN Wholesale selected VANEIGENS as their partner. After a thorough selection process, VANEIGENS was chosen to lead the digital transformation, due to their “personal, scalable and professional approach”, Michel Geerts, Chief Digital at KPN Wholesale, stated. “Within the selection process, Boudewijn, Jelle en their team showed us that they were able to take us by the hand, involve us in their approach, implementation and execution, and use their best practices to keep things simple and effective. It gave us trust and the right feeling to move forward with them.”

At the moment, the Minimum Viable Product has been delivered and with that go-live of boths Clouds, among others, the following deliverables were involved:

  • Organized all e-mail, phone and case management within the Salesforce platform
  • Included a safe development process with SFDX and Git,
  • Added several external data sources, like myKPN Wholesale
  • Applied validation rules
  • Implemented sales processes that reflect the way of working of the sales teams
  • and many more…

Momentarily, KPN Wholesale and VANEIGENS are working on the next stages of the project and implementation of additional features and tools. More to come!
