Our team has extensive experience in the Salesforce domain and has worked at larger consultancy firms in the past. We combine in-depth Salesforce knowledge and skills, substantial consultancy experience for the biggest international companies, a drive to move borders and (if required) to adopt the Salesforce platform to serve the customers’ needs. This has enabled us to serve beautiful brands like Rituals, Omoda, Mitsubishi, SuitSupply, Primera and more over the last years.

CRM Strategy
We start projects by creating a blueprint for the most suitable CRM strategy for your organization. First, we’ll align on the specific aspects of your business that give you a competitive edge. From there, a company-wide as-is analysis is constructed to break down the current technical architecture that is in place. VANEIGENS will then provide an overview of the available Mar Tech capabilities to best tackle the set business goals.

Data & Tech assessment
We gather the as-is situation and zoom in on processes, data and the client’s architecture. In addition, inspired by the best practice blueprint, VANEIGENS creates a to-be situation focussing on the same areas, for the client in specific. By comparing the as-is and the to-be, a GAP will be exposed to focus on during the next step: High Over Solution Design

Solution design & architecture
By defining the solution design, both parties collaborate in creating a shared understanding of the implementation of (a component of) the Salesforce platform within the context of the client.
Where the to-be situation describes the what, the solution design and architecture focus on the how. The solution design describes which Salesforce product, feature and/or function is required and how it should be implemented. In parallel, the Salesforce architecture is defined, as integrations with other systems are often essential for a successful Salesforce implementation.
With a proper solution design and architecture, we prevent misalignment on how the Salesforce product(s) need to be implemented.

Roadmap
Once it’s clear what our scope is and how we plan to tackle the challenge, we’re capable of creating a well-balanced and logically ordered roadmap. In this roadmap, we indicate what is needed in terms of sprint team (capacity) to be able to tackle all defined initiatives, one-by-one. In addition, our team will define the dependency with other processes or tech stacks per roadmap item.
A great roadmap offers reliable predictability. By defining deadlines and delivery dates you enable other departments, colleagues or third parties to anticipate the things that are happening throughout the year. It also facilitates our clients to create a legitimate business case as the (financial) impact becomes more visible.

Requirement management
Once the roadmap is defined VANEIGENS can aid in structuring the information for efficient project management. First, the main initiatives are described as over-arching themes within the project. These initiatives can then be split up into epics, user-stories and tasks to represent granularity within the project.
For operational consultants and developers, it can be challenging to translate high over solution designs into concrete work pieces. By defining the user stories before the build, estimations can be done more accurately, you will increase the level of predictability during the project, and, most importantly, the sprint team can focus on what they do best, delivering sprint tickets.
